The committee will receive three briefings:

1. Briefing on health care services at the Prince County Hospital (Melanie Fraser, CEO, Health PEI, Corinne Rowswell, COO, Health PEI, Dr. Tyler McDonell, Medical Director, Prince County Hospital, Rob Philpott, Administrator, Prince County Hospital, Rebecca Kewley, Acting Administrator, Prince County Hospital)
2. Briefing on the topic of long-term care facilities (Corinne Rowswell, COO, Health PEI, Andrew MacDougall, Executive Director, Health PEI, Trevor Waugh, Director of Support Services, Prince County Hospital).
3. Briefing on the topics of the Transformation office, the Patient Registry, and Patient Medical Homes (Melanie Fraser, CEO, Health PEI, Karen McCaffrey, Chief Performance and Innovation Officer, Health PEI, Meghan Van Gaal, Director, Transformation Office, Kim Lawn, Workstream Director, Maribeth Ryan Workstream Director, Kyle Dudley, Workstream Director).
