Topic:  The committee will receive a briefing on the topic of maintenance enforcement.  More specifically, an update on staffing, the tools currently utilized in the operation of maintenance enforcement, and the measures in place to ensure that children receive the financial support to which the are entitles.  The briefing will be provided by the following representatives from the Department of Justice and Public Safety:

  • Jenny Mason, Acting Director of Family Law and court Services
  • Rachel Kilbride, Senior Enforcement Officer and Acting director of Maintenance Enforcement
  • Jay Nogler, Acting Manager of Family Law Navigator

Topic:  The committee will receive a briefing on the topic of one’s personal experience as a healthcare provider in Prince Edward Island. The briefing will be provided by:

      •  Dr. Jovan Vuksic, Pediatrician, Charlottetown Psychological Service
