  1. Briefing on the ASI PEI Advisory Committee's 2022 Policy Brief:  Upstream Investment in Infant, Child, and Youth Mental Health.

      2. Briefing from the PEI Working Group for a Livable Income on the report titled:  A Proposal for a Basic Income                      Guarantee Benefit for Prince Edward Island.

UPDATED:  Following the two presentations, the committee will recess and reconvene at 1:00 p.m. to consider its workplan.
