Audio and Video Archives: Debates and Committee Meetings

Watching video of the debates is a good way to keep current with issues and legislation being considered by your elected Members.

When the House is in session or there is a committee meeting, a yellow bar with a "Watch Live" link appears on the website. Clicking the link takes you to the live video feed of what's happening.

The House met for evening sittings on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2003-2020. These evening sittings play automatically after the afternoon sitting clip has ended. Starting in 2021 (2nd Session of the 66th General Assembly), evening sittings only happen by motion of the House. To skip directly to any evening session video, move the position slider, found on the bottom of the Player window.

Committee Media Archive

Committee names can be different from one General Assembly to the next, so video and audio records may not exist for every year listed in the search feature. For example, the Special Committee on Climate Change was created in 2019 and wrapped up its work in 2020, resulting in audio and video files for that committee for the years 2019 and 2020 only.
